My name is Bartholomew J. Tantillo, I have been involved in Real Estate Development and Sales here in South Jersey since 2005, and have worked extensively with buyers and sellers from Ocean City to Cape May, and everywhere in between.  I'm a member of the National Association of Realtors, and specialize in New Construction, Pre-Construction, and Development opportunities. Prior to starting my career here at The Shore, I worked in finance in Philadelphia and New York City, respectively, as a Financial Advisor for Signator Financial, and as a Junior Trader and Market Maker for a Wall Street firm called The Kellogg Group.  If you have any questions, or would like to come take a tour of homes, please do not hesitate to contact me via e-mail or by telephone. The site is divided into five main sections, represented by the navigation links above.  The "Home" link will lead you back to this page, which will also serve as a place for me to showcase some of our finest current listings.  The second link in the navigation menu, labeled "The Blog" will be just that, a real estate blog focused on the activity in the Sea Isle City market.  I'll be updating the current market conditions frequently, telling you about what has sold, what is under contract, what's been listed, and what I think it all means.  Basically, this page will serve as your personal notebook into the most recent real estate activity in Sea Isle City, so be sure to check back at least once a week for updates.  The "Search The M.L.S." link is your own personal search tool for the Multiple Listing Service (M.L.S.).  This is the same program real estate agents use to search for homes, and if you click on the link, you can customize your search and look at homes for sale from Ocean City to Cape May.  The "Top 10 Buys" link will direct you to what I consider to be the finest of the current homes for sale in Sea Isle City.  These are the ten homes, regardless of price, size, or location, that I feel represent the best buys on the island at any given time.  The list will change as homes sell, or new homes are listed, so pay attention, or you might miss your last opportunity to take advantage of this buyer's market!  The "New Construction" link will lead you to my new construction and development page.  Inside you will find a list of the most recent new construction models, as well as artist's renderings of our current models.  Please keep in mind that pre-construction, as well as investment/development opportunities, become available on a very random basis, so if you'd like to be among the first to know when an opportunity arises, contact me so we can talk about your options and I can place you on my list of potential investors.  You can do that by clicking on the fifth and final link, which will allow you to e-mail me, or you can call me directly, anytime, at (609) 827-7115.
